1. How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking as soon as your date is set, particularly for the peak September to May season, as we often book out 12–18 months in advance.

Absolutely. While we use our 18 years of experience to read the room and manage the energy, we love incorporating your “must-have” tracks to make the night personal.

Live Sets: Our high energy party sets are the reason why people book us. Our objective – create the biggest party atmosphere possible. Whilst it is important that the band has overall artistic control (we’d like to think that we know what we are doing!), we will always talk through the client’s musical tastes prior to the event.

DJ Sets: You can provide a list of favourites for the DJ portion of the evening.

Yes. We provide a “Full-Suite” solution, meaning we bring our own professional PA system, lighting, and we also provide the option of adding a professional DJ for the event or we can easily manage playlists and requests.
- The Benefit: This ensures “Zero-Silence” transitions where the music never stops between the live band and the dance floor sets.
- Technical Specs:
Me and Mr Green utilise high end audio and PA solutions throughout the entire event to ensure your music and speeches transition perfectly throughout the entire event.
While we are based in Cape Town, Me & Mr Green is fully mobile. We perform all over South Africa, Southern Africa and internationally in Europe and beyond.
- Logistics: We handle all travel and accommodation arrangements for the band and crew.
