Refund Policy
At Me & Mr Green, we manage a high-demand performance schedule, particularly during the peak September–April season. To ensure the highest level of service and technical readiness for your event, we operate under the following booking framework.
1. Securing Your Date
A date is only considered “Confirmed” once a booking deposit has been received and the performance contract has been signed. We cannot “hold” dates based on inquiries alone, as we often receive multiple requests for the same weekend.
2. Payment Terms

Deposit: A non-refundable commitment deposit is required to secure the band and technical suite for your specific date.

Balance: The remaining balance is due no later than 14 business days prior to the event date to ensure all logistical and technical preparations (travel, crew, and gear) are finalized.
3. Billing Accuracy & Corrections
We strive for total billing accuracy. If you notice an overcharge, duplicate charge, or any error in processing your payment:

Verified billing errors will be corrected and processed back to the original method of payment within 14 business days of verification.
4. Postponements & Cancellations
Because we limit the number of bookings we take to maintain our performance quality, cancellations impact our ability to fill that date.

Postponements: We will make every effort to accommodate a change of date, subject to our existing tour and performance schedule.

Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation, the initial commitment deposit is forfeited to cover administrative costs and the loss of the date.
5. Load-Shedding & Technical Continuity
As outlined in our Technical Suite, we arrive prepared for South African power challenges. Our booking fee includes the provision of UPS systems for our core digital gear; however, the client is responsible for ensuring the venue provides a stable generator or mains power source for the heavy-draw PA and Lighting systems.
